Picrel is what humans did most of the day for a hundred thousand years. They spent way more time knapping stone and fixing shit in the camp than running or hunting

They also chopped wood, climbed, wrought metal, held on to water buckets, picked sea shells, held down their wives, all of which require incredible wrist, hand and forearm strength.

So many of you tendonitis fags should take note, tryna bench lmao3pl8 with your arms wrapped like a mummy whilst being unable to deadhang for more than a minute

forearms need a fuckton of volume, I made a wrist roller and after using it they would feel completely wrecked but after a few hours they were fine again

I've been doing a lot of deadhangs to decompress my spine and help with shoulder issues and definitely notice my grip strength improving. Especially when I'm hanging off of random thick, rough branches and shit that I can't properly grip. Also had some trees that needed to be removed so I chopped them down and decided to try carving spoons and spatulas and shit cause why not. Definitely good forearm workout since some of the wood is pretty tough, and also just gripping a smaller chunk of wood to hold it steady while I'm hacking away at it will make the forearms burn.
Pulling up weeds too, got lots of woody shrub weeds with deep roots I just grab and try to pull out of the ground roots and all.
