im losing weight by running daily/dieting but im getting mad skin flab. what do i do? i can't lift due to no gym or weights. this shit is not shrinking and it looks lame. should i just cave in and buy some weights to fill in the gap with muscle?

embrace the flab. roll it around in your hands. stretch it out to geometric shapes. slap people with it to gross them out. let your boyfriend make a little lubed up butt out of it for his pleasure. shave all your body hair, apply oil liberally, and then throw yourself onto a slip-n-slide using your skin as a raft. grab ahold of one of your breasts and try to stretch it out as far as it will go. use your extra skin to make some kind of living percussion instrument and tap out a rhythm.

sorry dude. loose skin takes YEARS to go away. lose the fat, get fit with lifting and cardio and if you can't wait then give all your money to some gruesome surgeon to cut you up with a scalpel. we're all gonna make it.

Most people undervalue how much bf they have. My first cut took me months to actually see some good definition. I thought I only had to lose 10kg to look good, but In the end I had to lose almost 20kg. The less muscles you have, the more you are going to need to lose to see some definition. Genetics and diet also play a hole in your body composition and how much weight you need to lose. To make it simpler for you, there is a good chance you are going to look kinda bad once you lose all the fat. You need some muscles if you want to look good, and losing weight without lifting will also make you lose some of the small amount of muscle you have. Just buy some cheap dumbbell/barbell bars and a few plates and start a simple program. It won't cost you much, it will make losing weight faster and you will look better in the end. Just make sure to eat at least 100g+ of protein daily or you won't see much progress. Once you get the hand of it, reevaluate your program, equipment and diet so you can actually progress at a decent pace.

if you truly can't just do the ole >lift weights
then you can look at doing body weight exercises instead
building muscle generally is important and while the gym is optimal it's not the only route
