Raw milk is a godsent when you want to gain weight.

You can drink an absurd amount of calories in a short time.
I usually mix one cup of raw milk (250ml) with 3-4 raw eggs and just drink that.
Drink two of these a day, and you'll be leaving skinnyville on a bullet train.

Note: milk is easier to digest when it isn't very cold from the refrigerator. Drink it slowly to improve digestion.

How do i get over the fear of getting fat eating 3k daily? i wanna go from 75kg to 80kg slowly then start cutting but i hate gaining fat, im thinking of just starting a cut at this point and im only a week in, also looksmaxing/lean is law posts don't really help
