I was doing pull-ups 5/7 days a week in addition to regular lifts (excluding back work) and increasing volume every week for a month
I had to stop because my elbow started flaring up but I swear to god it made my lats wider in that short timeframe

How much weight do you use? I'm still pretty dyel but I don't feel them in my back at all doing relatively high volume in the 110-125 lbs range.
