>>76260243 retard, Dorian Yates is famous the world over, created a lasting legacy and is hailed as a hero and an icon in his part of England. He has a family and kids, he's done his bit. Also, most importantly, he denies the Holohoax and hates kikes with a burning passion

>>76260129 (OP) Maintaining massive muscles is an unsustainable goal, the human body is not built to carry mass it is built to be lean and enduring. The body of soldiers in active combat is the ideal human body, fit and wiry, lean yet strong, mass is not sustainable.
roiders slob out with age because they have it so easy. when they come off it's suddenly 10x harder. meanwhile natties can maintain their physiques well after retirement

For regular people it's really good either way because you'll have developed good musculature and muscle mind connection that will allow you to avoid health problems like arthritis in old age. This doesn't apply to powerlifters or crossfitters obviously. It's also likely that if you take fitness seriously you'll never suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure or anything of the sort. If you're blasting roids and doing drugs every weekend this doesn't apply however. It's also very unlikely you'll ever be overweight, much less obese, though there's no need to lift for that. Also gets you laid.
>>76260129 (OP) He still has more lean mass than anyone on this board in the left pic what are you talking about

Lifting is great for you even if you never escape the DYEL stage. >better bone density >better ligament and tendon strength >promotes muscle growth and leads to lower body fat >promotes mental discipline >promotes mobility that will stay with you into old age The idea that nothing is worth trying if you'll never be the #1 in the world is mental poison, created by the overly comparitive and performative culture of social media.
