By ok you (should) mean optimal, and if your volume and intensity are high enough, yeah, but you can also lower volume and do PPLPPLx.

Not gonna post another thread for this, can you rate my program? Made it based on another anon's, looking to bulk.

recovery is more important than lifts.

Although, redesign your program. You should be hitting 6 days for PPL.

there is a ton of daily (primary/secondary) deltoid activation. If you don't have amazing recovery or aren't on gear then it will become an issue.

Also fuck you for supersetting in and out of the squat rack.

What do you mean "is it OK"? What the fuck are you training for where you need to ask this? If you're (you are) body can't keep up with whatever yore doing now then you obviously need a rest.

Very few people think that, but it does work very well. Especially mentally because it becomes routine, as opposed to not going to the gym being your routine.

This is for a home gym so supersetting outside the rack isn't really an issue. And thanks for the feedback, do you think switching the arnold press with another shoulder exercise would fix things? If you have any recs on how to change things I'd be grateful.
