You are going to burn out or injury yourself within days. Like every exercise, you will often need over a day of rest between sessions. And without a proper diet your endurance won't improve significantly. Long cycling sessions are almost better for building your leg than losing weight, there are better exercises out there for burning calories. But bikes are very low impact, which is great for your body in the long run, just don't overdo it like a fucking retard.
