My endurance is terrible, so instead of jogging, I walk. I try to do about 20k steps a day. After an absolute fuckload of trial and error, I think I've finally figured out to get maximum enjoyment out of my walks. It's all about having better posture, which leads to better breathing. Here's what I do.

>shoulders back and down
>posterior pelvic tilt (that's when you flatten your lower back, an anterior pelvic tilt is when you arch your lower back)

also, your spine should be neutral, but when you do the two above things, you shouldn't have to focus on your spine. one last thing- make sure your arms aren't too close to your sides. Otherwise, you'll elevate your scapulae, which can inhibit breathing.

yeah that's basically what i do. as i was figuring this shit out, sometimes i found out that a posterior pelvic tilt worked, but then later it didn't (because i wasn't bringing my shoulders back and down)

I've been trying to fix this fucking bullshit for months. I've been focusing on building up my lower core and hammies but I must be missing something. How to into posterior tilt?

You're endurance is good enough to start running. It's probably trying to run too fast

I've been afraid to do moves like that since I injured my knee. That probably hasn't helped. I'll look into what I can do, thanks bro.

Could be a mind muscle thing, I had that problem with my deep abdominal wall. Had to do a lot of stretching and dedicated sessions on focusing on activation

here's the trick- you have to jog! at first you won't have much stamina, but it won't take long until jogging is easy! and after that... you can start running!
