you can taper the amount down over time
really you should try different brands of yoghurt until you find one you like; i can eat pounds of my favorite yoghurt daily if i let myself
fruit is another option: berries are relatively low in sugar and high in flavor so smush up a few berries and mix them in, assuming you like berries
any answer is going to amount to "sugar" because sweet is how you offset sour
