Should added sugar be banned?
It has no nutritional benefit and causes obesity.

What about diabetics who need to eat candy or something when their blood sugar drops?
Should candy require a prescription?
How much jail time should I get if I bake a cake at home and add sugar to it?
What else to you think we should ban while you sit in your messy room alone with anime posters on the wall?

Yes. It's addictive and unhealthy, deadly combination that ruins lives. If people want to make that drink at home, fine. If they have to do even thirty seconds of work to pour it themselves they will do so less often.

People just need to learn about nutrition. Obv if ur sedentary and don't excercise no shit added sugar will end you. If you actually workout and are physically active??? Added sugar is one of the best and quickest ways to get glucose and energy into your body.

Because fruit has fiber retard, sugar stores as fat when itโ€™s over consumed on top of the fact that itโ€™s usually combined with fats which makes it high calorie. It stores as fat because it spikes insulin, eating fruit doesnโ€™t spike insulin as much because of the fiber

Obese people aren't going to see the effects until well past the age where they have bred their own fat children. Crack addicts would resort to crime like they already do.
I don't see why we don't just ban the addictive substances. It's not like people suddenly lose value just because they have an addictive personality. I just want women to stop being so fucking FAT.

There is no descernable difference in how your body uses sucrose and the glucose/fructose combination found in fruits and vegetables.

The only reason fruit is considered healthy is because of the fiber.
Just straight up processed sugar with a fiber supplement is just as healthy as an apple.

In fact, as long as you hit your protein and fat macro, you could substitute your entire carb balance with processed sugar, a multivitamin and a fiber supplement and it would be exactly as effective as say, brown rice or whole wheat pasta.

This is pretty much true. Even drinking sugar is aided by fiber. Fiber makes your body treat sugar like a more complex carb. There is still a limit that you should consume though.
