To the women who post here: do y’all find this board to be a useful resource? It seems like almost all the fitness advice and discussion here is geared towards men. And the threads started by women seem to get derailed pretty quickly

I like to read what you guys have to say. There is a few other boards I frequent as well, but rarely make a reply to anything. The only fit thing I have a question about is flat feet and how I can get that to work in my favor during leg days but I have yet to see a thread on that

Have been on /fit/ for >10 years.
I started coming here for the FPH threads to get motivated to lose weight when I was about 20# heavier. It worked.
I have contributed to countless FPH threads and have a large FPH folder on my primary HD. I've authored multiple FPHS and screen capped & reposted dozens to serve future posters.
Fast forward and now I actually lift. I credit /fit/ and consider it a learning resource (that's full of bullshit as well). I don't ID myself as female because it's disastrous, but a lot of the basic info is applicable and I can fill in blanks with additional sources (ex: figuring out macros & calorie counts for a female versus a male based on info here and supplemental info pertaining to females specifically elsewhere).
I learned about TDEE, basal metabolic rate, and CICO here. I learned about macros & micros here. This place has been a net positive for me in terms of my health.
I don't expect to be believed and I won't post body because only a retard would post on 4chan and risk getting doxxed, but for what it's worth, I'm biologically female, I don't look like a goblin, and, to some degree, /fit/ has improved my health and my life.
Have some /fph/ material.
