>What does he recommend instead for forearms?
Leaning, single hand cable curls with no attachment, focus on the stretch.

Isn't this guy's life story one long recurring failure to gain his IFBB pro card? Even after roiding, surgery, more roiding and a social media campaign? Speaking softly, pervert jokes and pretending to know "science" doesn't redeem that. Why should anyone listen to this jew?

His calling card is his appeal to autority because dimwits who haven't gone to uni think getting a PhD is hot shit while in actuality you can make a sham paper out of basically anything

>literally jewing you out of your gains
hammer curls are a staple of any serious lifter's bicep rotation because they are flat out needed to grow your brachialis optimally, the forearm gains don't hurt, either

I would assume even tension through the motion. I do cable curls myself after stalling at 30 for 12 for months on incline dumbbell curls. They definitely feel great, and I'm progressing again, but wouldn't say they're outright better. They're more similar than dissimilar.

>less use of stabilizer muscles means more ability to focus on muscles actually being exercised
>even tension throughout means more time under tension = more stimulus for the same rep = more gains for less wear and tear on joints
You guys hate mike because he's jewish, he gives solid advice.
