People who say they have bad genetics usually have garbage diets and either just have no idea how to actually train properly, or do know how but will always half arse their workouts

It's shocking how many people have been showing up at the gym for 5+ years but still look the same as day 1 and are just as strong. Most people just fuck around on machines with light weight/no intensity and have no concept of progressive overload

But take any of these people, if you literally forced them to eat a good diet and train hard and correct at gunpoint for 2 years you would see gainz

It isn't just the obese 400lbs retards who tell little white lies about what they eat and the exercise they supposedly do, most people are not entirely honest. My ex gf used to literally put on her gym clothes just to take a selfie and say she's going to gym, but then not even go

If you were to observe these people 24/7 youd catch them skipping days, slacking off or cutting workouts short, eating too much shit food or drinking too much booze

I find a lot of fatties actually don't eat a lot on their main meals, it's all the snacking and shit they have in between fucking them over
my obese cousin says he barely eats, and he's right when it comes to main meals - he only has a tiny bit of rice and some chicken. but that doesn't matter because he's constantly eating chocolate bars, huge bags of chips and drinking chocolate milk in-between. a lot of these fatties seem to think it's only the main meals that actually count and don't include all the snacks and shit in their total. having a salad for lunch means nothing if you're gonna drink a gallon of soda and eat a sharing bag of chips to yourself after
