Chiropractors have to go through a lot of the same studies as doctors. Only after the first few years when you have to choose a "specialty" do you go a different way. So he still knows a lot about general health.

I tried keto briefly and I didn't like it it's not for me but my ideal diet is pretty much just green vegetables of all kinds, meat, fermented foods, fruit and some rice or couscous but otherwise very low carbohydrate.
