For those of you who wake up and start exercising immediately, how do you do it? Aren't you tired when you wake up?

very few people who are actually jacked or strong work out in the morning. if you are rich or a teenager and don't work a real job, you work out 3-4 hours after and if you are a normal person you work out after work. even athletes, powerlifters and bodybuilders who have to work a dayjob will work out in the afternoon. go to the gym early the morning, who do you see there? old people and random dyels who just started working out. if you do happen to see a jacked or strong guy there, it will be some cop or fireman who worked a midnight shift and got off work at 6am.

I could do that after a proper sleep but zero chance I'm doing that when working 9-5 and being permanently sleep deprived.

>how do you do it?
Every day: go to bed at the same time, wake up at the same time. That's all there's to it. You get used to it after a few days. It only requires you to not stay up late doing whatever goy shit you're doing. Just go to bed.
