i do wrist curls and extensions and then a couple sets of deadhangs. you might also want to look into rice bucket workouts.
wrists tend to not grow much through excersize so you have to cope and say that it makes the other muscles look bigger. manual labor over many months and years might grow your wrists more, so build a hut with a hammer and a screwdriver i guess.
