Pokemon was designed to push materialism onto kids, keeping them fixated on "collectables" that they have to invest time into catching, and real world collectibles they have to spend constant money on to satiafy their addiction. How much has each pokemom fan spent on their "hobby"? And what have they really gained from these imvestments?
The game does not train you in any practical skill, it addicts you to blue light and dopamine stimulation, and it bastardizes the notion of nature. Instead of spending time outdoors, children spend their time on a screen, simulating the thrill of nature in exchange for their parents money.
And yes this observation can be made about all video games, because all video games are fake and gay, and when you put down the controller and you finally confront how much time you wasted on that shit, time you will never get back, you can either drown out that feeling by loading up a new game, or confront the fact that these games are a useless waste of time and money, and your children dont want to inheret your plushies and action figures you fucking retard.
Invest time into something real, quit making excuses.
