Yeah it's good. Honestly I just do whatever the fuck I want. I usually hit my upper body 6 times a week with like 2 or 3 things and just throw in leg work every couple days.

Muscles don't push or pull, muscles contract.

Also U/L is better

yeah I've been doing PPL and then a rest day after since I started lifting 4 years ago and I really like the split. I feel like it's just enough time for me to fully recover

Muscles don't contract, they slide across each other and create locks depending on cellular solute content.
The fuck is this new dorky ass dyel meme?

Thatโ€™s why people save deadlifts for pull day, especially if you do some kind of variation thatโ€™s more leg oriented than strict DLโ€™s (like sumo or trap bar).

Itโ€™s the same reasoning for doing shoulders on leg day rather than in the same day you do bench. The OP is pretty standard, and shoulders are literally two exercises.

obviously deadlift works glutes and hamstrings but it engages every major muscle group across your back
squat works your lower erector spinae in addition to quads but I'm not going to call that a pull exercise now am I

This is a list of exercises, but as a routine it's an utter travesty.

Idk how people do more than 5 different movements without halfassing it on intensity or honest exertion with progressive overload.
You'd have to be on roids right? I do 5 different movements 3-4 sets each and I'm done. I can't imagine doing 8 different things.
How much time would someone actually spend at the gym to do all of this shit in one day. You'd have to be a complete gymcel.

This is what I'm talking about. Day (A) BB bench, NN incline, with OHP on top, then close grip bench press after. Like jesus dude. I'd wager you would be fatigued as fuck by the time you OHP so whats the point of doing it.

On chest day I personally do 3-4 sets of Flat bench/Incline db bench/Dips and I'm done.
