>Cherry pickers>Bag openers>Wrist ups>Wrist ins>Stick swats>Arms straight out in T pose>Just open and close fingers into fist= 1 rep>Arms straight out, rotate palm from under to overhand = 1 rep>Hands in front below waste, ball both fists, try to touch your forearm with your knuckles>Now rotate your wrists like you're holding a hammer, bend your knuckles towards your forearm>Same position as above, this time only move your wrists straight up and down like you're casting a spell from your thumb
