Calisthenics and Weight training are not incompatible. You can do weighted pullups and dips, you can do barbell squats/bench press as well as pushups. This triggers both the dyel and the powerfat-
that is all.

Sure you can, but why not just do the superior one
If you have fun doing one or the other I'd understand but any other reason?
