i'm looking to get my mom into a very basic regular workout routine. the only good bodyweight/calisthenic infograph i have is pic related. i figure we'll be doing 5-10 minutes of 'yoga'/stretching then the BW routine

any regular routines aimed toward 60+/older crowd?

injury prevention is the major factor, don't push her to try stuff she never could even when young, make sure to get her heart rate up first before trying "advanced" stuff like bridges and splits. with my mom i'd spend a few weeks doing heather locklear type step classes or dance bc she's afraid of breaking her back with weights lol
