wtf, did science lie to me? You can literally train a muscle daily and still get stronger. soreness literally goes away after 4 days

Depends on how hard you train. But yes you can use your body daily, that's what it's for.

it depends how much volume you're doing. If you're doing full body workouts you probably don't get much volume day by day so you'll be fully recovered by the next workout

i do this, but i just do 1 to 2 sets for everything and only really do compounds

Full body is beginner
upper/lower is novice/intermediate
although upper/lower is what i used the first couple of weeks before i went into full body because you can use more exercises and get a feel for the weight on every exercise. also easier to do less sets since you do more exercises per muscle group

You're not lifting very hard. It's all about balancing intensity, volume, and frequency, and full body every day is very high frequency. It's also complicated to do that many exercises.

yes it works but you will get injured this way and you'll hate your life when you have to take 6 month to 1 year vacation from lifting and taking bpc157 shots into your ass
