I am a 5'7", 165lbs, skinnyfat man with gyno since highschool.
How do I go from left to right in three months?
I'll go to a doctor and ask him to give me prescriptions for steroids and such.

literally impossible but you could get pretty big in three months on roids if you train perfectly. You won't keep anything though and you'll need a proper PCT so you don't shut down your normal test. Why three months?

Unless you blast grams of gear, I'm talking like open m bodybuilding dosages while eating 5k cal + a day with perfect coach training you probably can't get that big

Just referring to the meme.
I just want to get big with low bodyfat percentage without creating life-threatening heart issues and without fucking up my dick and balls.
For the last 4 months, I have been consistently doing pushups, squats and other stuff at home and reduced my calorie and carb intake and upped my protein and veggies. To prove that I can remain disciplined. More than a few people told me I lost a lot of weight. But I don't wanna just lose weight.

I just want as much vascularity and muscle as possible.

My life is kinda shit rn and I hope sculpting my body will give me more confidence and make me feel good. I've never felt better than when I gave up junk food and started taking food with less spice in them. In a few months, it's like I grew new tastebuds and started actually tasting food.
