any PPL, Upper/Lower, full body and/or "powerbuilding" routine will get you to this point eventually if you train hard and don't skip leg day.
you'll have to do real squats and deadlift/RDL because DYEL "leg press only" leg days will not build a juicy ass and ham strings.
