Almost every food except meat contains sugar and/or acids and wears down your tooth enamel.

How are grains, starches, fruits, yogurt, etc. good for us if they rot your teeth? Doesn't make any fucking sense.

Not a problem if you rinse after every meal, brush twice a day, floss at least once a day but more is better, and get regular dental checkups so they can catch and fix problems early

Only rapidly digestible starches negatively affect dental health, you pleb.
The same is true for fruits. Pears and apples are fine, but very acidic or sweet fruits like lemons or mangos will rot your teeth off.
