Seriously considering joining a local yoga studio to help with my back pain. Severe lower back pain for a few days after every leg day. I blame the good-mornings. Either way, do any of you have experience joining an actual yoga studio? There's one near my house that has a beginner's special for 14 days unlimited classes for only $50. Seems like a good place to be in close proximity to women as well. What could go wrong?

Yoga classes are notorious for being expensive as shit and provide very little. Very stupid choice especially if you already have a stretching routine

this brah, just buy a yoga mat or use a towel and do this shit on your own. You can use Youtube or Google to find routines. Just look up 'how to stretch X muscle' if you have a particular area that needs better mobility
Good general stretching routine that I do- cat/cow stretch, cobra pose, pigeon pose, deep lunge on both sides, pulse squat into pike position, seated spinal twist, finish off with some deadhangs

I regularly attended a "hot yoga" class with my gf now wife for years until we moved out to the countryside, it was pretty nice and worth the money to me because I enjoy sweating my balls off and I didn't have access to a sauna. Being surrounded by hot women is a nice plus, and I didn't give any of them serious creeps since I was always there with someone. Weird guys definitely got shunned. There was one instructor who always gave me pervert vibes, although he always asked before touching anyone (wife and I would always decline) L oh fucking L he got charged with sex abuse at a summer camp years later.

I need to build that damn sauna.

I did a community college yoga class and did not run into any issues with that... bad news is the only hot girl dropped the class after like two weeks. I ended up being more flexible than everyone else in the class, and I don't have EDS or an associated condition, just stretched a lot before it LOL.
