are there any sòyentific studies about which parts of male/female body are actually the most attractive biologically and how they overlap with what the fitness and entertainment industry and their body standards?
example: for males bigger tighs/hips area in women traditionally linked with fertility, even if lower bmi is clearly better health-wise

Of course. Women prefer leanness over muscle mass. With almost all studies saying
>arms
>abs
>shoulders
As their top 3 most attractive body parts

Abs and glutes are the most attractive muscles because those are the ones used for thrusting during sex.
Focusing on being lean has a much bigger ROI than obsessing on building more muscle.
Calisthenics or strength training will get you there without overcomplicated bodybuilding routines.

However, none of it matters if you don't go out, don't socialize, and can't talk to people (girls included) without stuttering like a retard.

how to socialize tho, as a zoomer?
third party places pretty much removed, empty malls, kinoplexes, most clubs moved to internet, approaching in bars/cafes is a no-no
unironically it's feels so hard and that you are pretty much walking on eggshells each time you try that one has to ask why even bother
