I can't help but feel that there are levels of enhanced consciousness and vitality that are above my current state, but I don't mean this in a schizo new-age way. I just mean it seems like the natural state of a human one with more energy, focus, alertness, etc. than most people live at due to unhealthy lifestyles.

I remember having more energy when I was a kid before I had my life force beaten out of me by living in a retarded society.

How do I get that back? Does anyone have more esoteric tips beside the obvious ones?

Here is my take.
I currently take an antipsychotic, an antidepressant, and 10 mg of vyvanse daily.
All of the above makes me retarded.
I feel like rock lee when he has those weights on in the fight with garra from naruto.
With that being said, let us discuss your goals. What would you do with this vitality?
Where are your levels of vitality relative to where you wish to be?

I don't have an end goal or anything, I just want to be able to incrementally improve over time. I do have my own issues with procrastination and the like but I definitely want to stay off any drugs which I think would only make things worse

I have yet to access unbound childhood wonder, however I do believe it is possible to access this state as an adult.
With that being said, I have accessed heightened states comparable to the aforementioned state.
Increasing my testosterone, removing sugar from my diet (mostly) and practicing semen retention (not anymore, I will begin once more here soon) have allowed me to access heightened states.
Here is a couple more questions so we can narrow down controllable factors in your lifestyle.
Do you meditate?
Do you have high levels of testosterone?
Are you getting enough rest?
What is your exercise regiment like?
How often do you eat?
What's your diet like?
If you can ask yourself these questions and make subtle but incremental adjustments to your lifestyle (assuming you haven't done so already), you can experience a higher level of vitality.

Do something you liked doing as a kid such as ride a bike or lay in grass looking up at the sky or stars. Even walking barefoot on grass makes me feel nostalgic and happy.

>Do you meditate?
no, I want to start but haven't for some reason
>Do you have high levels of testosterone?
I have no idea
>Are you getting enough rest?
sleep isn't fully dialed in but I'm improving it. I generally get at least 7 hours a night but I snooze a lot in the morning.
>What is your exercise regiment like?
pretty bad lately, I stopped exercising regularly and obviously this is big part of what I'm asking about. I'm starting back up again though.
>How often do you eat?
1-3 times a day. Sometimes I snack, sometimes I don't. I've noticed I sometimes feel more alert doing intermittent fasting, but it wasn't a big difference.
>What's your diet like?
poor, but improving. I mostly stay away from junk food but I still enjoy sweet pastries and stuff a bit too much. Obviously I'm slowly trying to work on all of this but it's hard because my willpower and motivation is low lately

Dial in on those controllable factors in your lifestyle.
Also, some of that new age schizo stuff really does assist in transforming your vitality.

well im a decent yogi, but i have no idea what stage you are and you can't jump between stages. so if you are on the retarded normie you cant just jump to enlightened monk without serious risk of burnout this is why you just try to fix one thing at a time everytime you try to do much you never get anything done and you stagnate. At a certain point you become really dialed in with your body and instantly know if something is bad. I dont want to really restrict you because everyone is or can be different but you have to basically always be adding or subtracting something

I know, I like that stuff, I just figured not to include it in this thread since we have that sort of stuff somewhat often on this board

You can care less about relating to others and focus on a personal goal if that's your thing.

Dopamine fast for a month. Properly. That means spending most of the time literally just sitting outside in nature. No smart phones, no reading, no social contact, some light exercise. Meditation is fine.
If you have excess fat, lose that. Cut processed garbage out of your diet, eat homegrown veg and game meat if you can. Live somewhere with clean air and no noise pollution. I'd tell you to avoid light pollution also but that's fucking impossible now. At least avoid having bright lights around after sundown.

well, what do you do when you can't commit fully to it because of work or school or something else forcing you to do other stuff for a certain amount of time? I would assume you just try your best anyway, right?

You have to lower your testosterone levels back to childhood levels which is around 10 ng/dl
