I could give a fuck if they're the "correct" colors. Its for my own home gym that is only attended by me. These bumpers are unique in that the center is actually iron, and only the outer lining is rubber. You can see the difference more clearly in the 'before' photos. Refurb was easy. Clean them with a sponge with soapy water. Then scrub the fuck out of them with steel wool, to get any loose pieces off and smooth out the iron. Then just pick whatever color spray paint and paint them down. Optional, which I decided to do, was get some white Sharpie paint pens and go over the tops of the letters so they just look a little nicer. The entire process was probably 2 hours, not factoring in dry time for the paint obviously. I did these sets as well as a set of 35's which I will post after this.

My home gym is in a hoarders-tier basement and it floods all the time. There’s a carpet which is soaking wet 50% of the time due to a leaking window. All my plates are rusted and chip away slowly when I use them. There are centipedes and cockroaches down there that hide underneath my plates. Cobwebs are everywhere and I have a spider I submit sacrifices to to keep the bug population low. One time a bird got in and it rotted in the corner for like a month before a mouse or something got to it.
