Believe it or not, it actually DOES come from somewhere. In the hood, gold teeth are a sign of wealth, status, etc. The term “cap” comes from people in the hood wearing a “cap” grill, as opposed to actually getting their teeth replaced with gold teeth (which would obviously be much more expensive, and therefore, signify greater wealth).

So when someone says “no cap”, they’re saying these gold teeth aren’t fake. Hence, they’re real.

I once lost like 40-50lbs in a little over 2 months, its definitely possible but you have to change every part of your diet, accept being somewhat miserable or insane for the duration. You also have to recognize its inherently unsustainable and can't go past 10-12 weeks of it so you have to plan to transition to a proper, better rounded diet afterwards. Regardless, if you're a turbo fatty at 280 like i was and you drop down from like 3000 kcals to 1500 which is 90% chicken breast and riced cauliflower while also stepping up your workouts (because at that much chickenbreast you can still gain muscle) it'll go away and you should lose enough hunger overall that it stays off a long time. Doubly so if you open and close it with a 3 day fast.
