A roider at my gym had a heart attack at the ripe old age of 24 last week. He was always open about the fact that he never even lifted natty before and has been pretty much blasting since age 15, never cycling off

I'm curious to see what happens with him next. The first heart attack is usually the wake up call when they come off gear, he's seriously jacked now and I wonder if he will keep his gainz and his strength in the coming months, or if he will melt away

Also my point was more so that this shouldn't be the natty limit for the 90 minutes a day I do 6 days a week.
