It doesnt matter because you'll never put in the work. If you really wanted it, you'd already be lifting and not worried about some arbitrary timeline.
If someone does tell you a timeframe you find acceptable, you'll go the gym then quit in a few months when you see no progress and then go back to making "how to achieve" threads with a pic of Gooky the anime character waiting for someone to "redpill" you on how to get jacked without doing anything. loser

Id say, if you've done all this for 2 years and you're not at 1/2/3/4 you're fucked
>Genuinely pushed yourself in training, gone balls to the walls and come out of the gym with your shirt soaked in sweat
>Done a proper routine, not just fucked about on machines or made your own stupid split that's just curls and bench and nothing else
>Ate a perfect diet consistently
>Slept 8 hours a night (this can be a weird one though, some people are absolutely fine on only 5 hours, everyone is different)
If you've legitimately done all that for 2 years and you're not at 1/2/3/4 I think you have bad genetics

but the issue is most people are not honest with themselves, you need to be brutally honest with yourself. ever talk to a fatty trying to lose weight about their diet, and they claim to barely eat anything? then when you actually see what they eat it's 4500 calories of shit? it's like that

a lot of people say they train hard too yet they don't even struggle with the weight they're lifting and don't even break a sweat. then they'll have monk like discipline 4 days a week but eat like absolute pigs the remaining 3

and you get a lot of people doing all of that right for just 3 or 4 months, which realistically isn't even enough time to see real progress. yet they write themselves off as bad genetics when they haven't even done a year yet, and give up

I got everything in 6 months of lifting besides the 2 plates bench and id still consider myself a genetic fuck up
For what it's worth i used to do contact sports but that was years ago, the last time i lifted at all i was 15 and went there for 4 months top

Yeah, OP was asking about being a genetic dead end. That's why I gave a 2 year time frame, because if you're not at 1/2/3/4 in 2 years doing that you're completely fucked. But probably 1 year is enough for most people with average genetics

There is no such thing as genetic dead end unless you literally are unable to produce sperm. If you're gonna be some cringe "survival of the fittest" type then go all the way. In a natural environment, ugly men can just rape and impregnate whoever they can get away with.
