I'd say eat between 2,000 and 2,500 calories a day, as few as you can manage without feeling like shit/starving/dizzy spells and whatnot. But also, skimming through the thread I haven't seen you mention what you're actually eating, which does matter. Anyone who buys into CICO is an idiot, different foods have different effects on your metabolism, your blood sugar, your hormones, etc. which influences your fat loss rate. In other words, you should be eating healthy.
My recommendation would be lots of canned chicken and eggs for protein, hard cheeses for fats, and healthy bread for carbs. If you get cravings for something sweet, keep some frozen fruit on hand (whatever kind you like) and microwave that shit for 30 seconds to a minute to thaw it a bit. Dark chocolate is also a good one.
Also, walk as much as you can. Walking is great for burning fat, not just because it burns calories but because of the good effects it has on your overall health. And get some sun every day if you can too.
Fat loss takes time, so try to be patient. Just stay consistent and don't give up. Once you start seeing progress it will get easier and easier.
