Volume is king. I had issues with increased weight, so..find your max, put like 60-70 percent of that on the bar and smash it for as many sets as you want, over 5 sets for a while. This will enable hypertrophy. Try it, I fucking love it. Every now and then test your max and see how easy it is

Push presses are great to help rel out those last few you can't get, but should t be relied upon as it will make your bottom ROM on a strict press weaker. But it is good as an accessory to regular presses.

Doing seated or standing doesn't matter. Standing will give you greater gains at the cost of the ohp due to the stabilization needed rather than seated, but you can definitely do both strict or push. Low volume strict help me break those plateaus.
