I am so fucking tired of programming.

I will just max out on some lift, alternating lower body with upper body. Like westside barbell bros. Then I will do lats or triceps or whatever.

Fuck it, I will max out some random barbell variation, do some biceps or triceps, and leave the gym.

If you hit everything with good intensity twice a week it's fine
