Let's fix this, but easily.

Pot 1:
>1lb ground beef sauteed
>chop an onion to sautee in with the ground beef
>season beef with laury's, maybe oregano or whatever
>can of rotel, drained, dump it in and stir to deglaze pan
>tablespoon of flour stirred into finished beef, continue to sautee until flour smells good
Pot 2, simultaneously:
>1lb of boxed pasta
>1 quart (32oz) water
>boil for box specified time
>almost all water will absorb into pasta, shouldn't be anything to drain
>timer goes off, dump it all into Pot 1
Once combined:
>stir over heat
>add a splash of milk
>any shredded cheese whatsoever, if you want, not necessary
>cook until combined, not very long

Bang. Hardly any more effort, hardly any effect on macros, 100% more palatable.
