I nearly got killed today and realized that all my muscles don't mean anything if I don't have a gun. For reference I lift 1/2/3/4 every day and weigh 100kg, I was in my favorite park in Bulgaria today, the sun was shining and I discovered a path I had never gone to before. The paths veered off into other paths and I got myself deep in the woods but I could still see some apartment buildings. There I found this big fence that I don't know what it was guarding exactly. Down underneath it under a slope was some kind of small makeshift shelter built by wood, on the other side of the fence there were more of these wooden bed contraptions built on several levels. I inspected it closer and saw a big plastic bag hanging filled with food and cans. That's where I heard someone behind me in the woods and saw a big human figure in between the leaves, the entire thing was horrifying it was like seeing Jason Voorhees or something, I realized then I was in the middle of this dense forest, no one around, total silence and just this big strange man on the other side, I had no gun, nothing. It sounded like he was chopping wood which in my mind meant he was absolutely carrying a weapon like an axe. So I put my keys in my hand and ran like a bitch, my adrenaline was blaring and I could feel my heart in my ears. After running for about 3 minutes I was back on the main road but the entire time there I felt like he was running behind me or stalking me. It was broad daylight, sunny as fuck but the whole scene looked exactly like a horror movie. Who lives in the woods in a park like that?
That's when I realized muscles don't really mean anything and will not help protect you, there are so many places you would get skinned alive on Earth if you ended up there, for example inside of the Mexican cartel fortresses, liting doesn't mean anything if you don't carry a gun or if someone wrestles your gun out of you.

I have to choose between taking a medkit or a flashlight to work. One time there was a big fuckass guy who would set traps around as some sort of sick joke.
