The ones who are in the best shape aren’t the same ones that are partying like the caricatures we see in movies. At least they’re not doing it that often. Far from all of them party all the time but even partying hard once per week won’t prevent you from being in good shape if you’re an athlete the rest of the week.

I'm in a nerd fraternity and we still put back dozens of beers a night, almost every night, each of us
Not ALL the time but yeah like sometimes there'll be a week or two where we do that. since we're the nerds we don't really throw insane parties, just kinda smallish ones but it's still something

I'm mostly over it, I'll still drink here and there but I don't find it fun anymore which I guess is what happens to most guys in that situation

Why do americans make it so weird? Or is that a thing in other countries, too? Not in mine.
