Been hitting the gym hard lately and I swear my hairline’s starting to recede. I’m 28, and there’s no history of balding in my family. Is it possible the workouts are messing with my hair, or am I just coping? I read that intense training boosts testosterone, which raises DHT, and that can cause hair loss if you’re sensitive to it. Be real with me, bros. I’m not on anything, just training hard and eating clean. Don't wanna end up like that bald muscular guy from that one anime.

Lifting by itself is thought to increase test by around 20% in general. By itself it shouldn’t accelerate hairloss meaningfully (it does not cause it). As a young balding guy the only gym related stuff that made me think I was going completely bald was creatine, and bear in mind this was 4 years before I started to properly go bald as my genetics dictated

Christ people are fucking delusional, they're always looking for the insta cure or blame. You can see his thinning temples in the first pic, his hair looks like a plume of brown smoke. I've been lifting since I was 13 and have had voluminous hair all my life, the last couple of years it has started to become thinner and spindly. It's because im in my 30s now, that's how it happens its like someone flips a switch one day. Look at Tommy the Duke Morrison or Stipe Miocic, suddenly one day you just show up and your hair lines all fucked up. The only positive imparted from my bald ass daddy, it will rapidly age you once you lose your hair, but as long as you maintain your shape, you'll look the same for the next 25 years.

Bruh, I can literally see your scalp through the hair in both images. That is not how a non balding person's hair looks like. My hair was less thin when I started using finasteride. You have probably lost like 50% density already.

You are unironically diffused thinning. It can go unnoticable even if you have lost like half your density because it's evenly spread out over your scalp rather than the usual male pattern baldness of receding hairline. You should definitely go to a dermatologist and check it out before you wake up one day realizing you lost all your hair at once.

I guess the reason I don't trust /fit/ is in this age I still have the exact same problem as I did in my teens (on top of the fact it looks and feels the same) -- it looks and feels super thick which is why taming it is a bit of a bitch.

But hey, I can be wrong. I'll gladly be asking my stylist next time I go.

DHT doesn't rise linearly with increases in testosterone. There's only so many 5ar enzymes being produced every day after all. I'd say that he would've gone bald regardless.
Best advice is to just take finasteride/dutasteride to stop hairloss (and reverse some).

If there's anything I learned about hairloss, it's that anything can increase hairloss and there's also some obscure trick/stupid gimmick that could cure it.

Hairloss science is filled with so much bro science bullshit because there isn't a hard cure and the science is too hard for us to completely understand. We alll have a general idea of how to mitigate it.

Like most things, it's genetics. The guy in the OP is someone you could tell would have a dome and was already showing obvious signs.

And consider this too, you see those soi weak retards on reddit all the time that are bald soijaks and they've never been to the gym a day in their life. Are you going to seriously say they're high test and have been hitting the gym every day? It's genes, simple as that. Even trannies that pump themselves full of HRT from their teen years can still end up looking like Megamind.

THIS IS FOR ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN STRUGGLING WITH CRAZY SEBUM PRODUCTION THAT"S CAUSING THEIR BALDNESS:

I asked chatgpt what I should do, gave it my diet and everything. No more sunflower lecithin, 5mg of iodine, ginseng, and pygum or whatever that african root is called. It said to do a dilluted ACV rinse, let it dry, then rinse. I just poured it straight on my whole scalp and went to sleep. INSTANTY I noticed that my scalp didn't have this greasy gunk filing up my finger everytime i would pick at my hair. Its now "normal", solid dead skin, a small amount, it under my finger nails when i pick at my head. Absolutely huge. Don't fall for the finasteride meme, jew pharma is never the solution. Biggest cope and retarded claim ever. Be proclaimed by all major religions that are worth a damn and even primitive socities saw the effects of over exeriting the reproductive function.

Linear logic: 1 sperm can create a human that has the capacity of living to 120-150 years old in the most perfect and prime conditions, you release MILLIONS of these when you ejaculate. Your body has to replenish these life giving cells. If you don't coom, keep your thoughts pure so you only produce the amount necessesary, your body will reabsorb these cells back into yourself (sperm is full of zinc, lecithin, and phosphorus, anyone studying the brain knows the brain is also full of these as well) increasing your test, memory, and sharpness. Tons of non-physical benefits as well, you can read these online and just try it for yourself. That's how I got into nofap then semen retention

>wow after 1 week I feel alive now
>woah day 30 and I don't even know If I want to ever have sex again
>relapse
>wow I feel like shit, I can't believe this was my baseline

Take the SR pill gentlemen, you gain the world and lose your lower self in the process.

>ChatGPT
I used it a few weeks ago to write an email at work and it churned out terrible advice, recommending someone completely rip out a module to fix an issue. And there was that infamous post where it said to put glue in cheese to make melted cheese thicker.

If you follow that AI advice, you are truly retarded.

By default, nobody respects bald men unless they're crazy rich and influential. Even then, people still view them as lesser compared to successful nonbald people. Still in denial? Lemme ask you this: when was the last time you saw an attractive bald girl?

You think you're doing the right thing, but you're actually doing him a disservice. You only keep him where he is with your acts of "kindness." It only further entrenches him.

This. Something I've seen in other countries but never the west is physical signs and even local people saying not to feed or help the homeless since it only encourages their behavior and diminishes their incentive to get work.

if it's not in your family I wouldn't worry. I've been lifting for 15 years and still have my hair.
