If I’m plateauing at a certain weight for an exercise, what’s the best thing to do? Increase it and do it for a few reps with poor form, or drop the weight and do a ton with good form?

"An" exercise? Or overhead press?

If overhead press, press more. Three days a week maybe. One high intensity / low volume, one variation, and one low intensity / high volume. Also, for your variation change it up and press from just below the transition, which is likely where you're weakest. If you can't do that per week, even if you reduce the number of sets you do, do it every two weeks.

stop thinking about form as much to get power up and different fibers

do all different variations and part of rom focus for more hypertrophy work

oh god just do fuckin presses and light raises and shit to hit neglected exact fibers and shit, you can work at that shit all day but you arent hitting the deep fibers or building hard muscle "lifting like a bodybuilder" 100% of the time.
