Isn't walking enough?

I have a long limbs short torso physique. Women have teased me about my skinny legs. It hurts me deeply, anon.

If you think it's enough then it's enough.

You need to train legs at least a little, otherwise you'll get to a point where overhead press or bent over row gets unstable/dangerous as your legs are too weak to support you

The only part I hate about training legs is doing the heavy squat/leg press at the start of the session, I always feel like my entire body is being crushed, it's not a good feeling

I like the rest of my leg sessions after that though, i just hate that "crushing" feeling i get doing that first heavy lower body lift
