Depends on how much you run. Unless you run marathons, it will be fine.
When in doubt just do volume training so you're in the gym for 2 hours and cardio takes care of itself.

your picrel is a competitive athlete , your lard ass that can't finish a slow mile without huffing and puffing is not going to end up with that physique.

The only real "rule" and even I barely follow it is space your cardio away from your lifting, there is some interference if you do them together or back to back but its not crazy major.

Recognize this, the vast majority of spec ops training is stamina and endurance, you need to frame gains differently , there is nothing to lose in building a cardio engine for yourself. Even just once in your life, its very tough to completely lose if you had a cardio phase
