what are other exercises I can do to strengthen my back besides rows (already doing) and pullups (I cant fucking do it)?

I'm thinking plank with weights and some heavy rucking occasionally. what do you think?

Unless you're literally physically disabled just do assisted pull ups until you can do real ones. Some gyms have a machine for it otherwise use resistance bands to take the weight off

sorry no gym. there's a pulldown machine (no weight) at the local park though. it seems to use the user's weight when he sits down

sorry its not narrow at all. its big and tall. I'm thinking of buying rope to knot one side then do rope row. is it good and correct?
