>>76282934 (OP)I've been there bro, it's time to get some help.
Not telling you to go to AA or an inpatient rehab but you need to wait for the withdrawals to kick in and go to the ER with a high heart rate and bad shakes. Maybe even do some bw squats in the bathroom before you check in and get your vitals taken to get it really high without having to wait till you're actually on deaths door.
They will either admit you for a few days while giving you regular doses of benzos or will give you an Ativan/Librium shot and write you a prescription for a benzo taper you can do yourself at home.
Here is the crux of the matter- you have to not drink during this taper, and you have to take the benzos as prescribed. They will get you through the worst of it and within a a day or two of getting off of them, you will feel mostly better.
The key is going to be not picking drinking up again afterward. Get ready for everything to feel muted and boring and sad for a while.
Lift a lot and get in the sun. Turn to Christ anon.
Trust me, this way is madness and destruction. If you can't get a grip, it may be rehab time before you know it. If you absolutely refuse to seek medical help, look into a beer taper, but doing that is playing with fire. I've very rarely seen beer tapers be strictly adhered to and end well. Go with God.
