I really like this machine. It looks gay to use but it really gets the glutes going after about 5 solid sets. Anyone else like this thing? Both the players loaded and selectorized varieties are pretty decent.

Yeah it sucks to see girls get on and load it up but they are all obsessed with this thing. I go really early and theres hardly anyone there to see me humping the sky.

Its pretty good. The higher elevation on the legs really let's you get a good glute squeeze

I remove the sling thing and attach my belt squat to the hooks, it works

I have this one at my gym. The pump feels ok, but there's something about the proportions of the restraint and my legs that makes it feel awkward. I should use it more anyways. Meh

Love it.
It's basically a deadlift but it's all on your glutes if you squeeze right.
I remember the first weeka of trying it, couldn't sit without great discomfort, it was that precise.

That seat is way too high, if you go even deeper it's a huge difference. Like a legpress equivalent sort of depth in the rom.

That's just it. The seat isn't adjustable, but the restraint and foot pad are. I look the same way when I use it. The restraint is maybe 1 notch away from feeling solid. I can't get it any lower.

I maxed out 3 sets at 330lbs 5 reps with a 5 second squeeze at the top so yeah, kinda over did it. But damn it inma get juicy fucking glutes even if it kills me

Maybe so but it seems to be working. That 5 second squeeze really gets the glutes activated, like I said I've been in pain with DOMS for 3 days. If it was overtraining then I need to get stronger, but I know the muscles are getting affected and thats more than I ever felt while squatting
