>1 lb. of Venison (95% lean)>1 tbsp. of butter.>2 free range eggs>2 strips of bacon>1/3 chopped yellow onion>1/3 cup of spring mix greens>2 tbsp of low fat Greek yogurt>Palm full of shredded cheeseI usually heat the pan, melt the butter, chop the bacon, cook the bacon, toss in the veggies, render down, then add the venison, which, after some browning, the eggs go in.
The yogurt and cheese are garnishes for additional protein and fats.
Some sea salt, pepper, and a light amount of garlic powder are my go-to spices. It's kind of a hash when it is done. Sorry for not taking any pictures.
