Started with short daily walks and cutting out all fast food junk food and liquid calories. That was a huge change right there, then a couple months in I set 1800cal a day, 150+ protein goals, and added lifting, increased cardio, was losing 20 lbs a month at first and with the same eating habits it's down to 8-10 lbs a month now
Being NEET and having obsessive autism drive for certain things is probably doing a lot of heavy lifting here
If you have a normal ass busy life then I can see it being way more of a pain in the ass
