This heat makes me feel very tired and I don't feel like doing anything besides laying/sitting down all day. Where I live it is hot and humid and I don't have an air conditioner either

work out at night if possible. Otherwise you have to either push through it or invest in some cool air. Summer sucks in general

Its weird when you realize that having AC is still considered a luxury on 90% of the planet and its 2025.
If you are at home, get a fan to move the air, it helps. Otherwise either train very early in the morning or after 9 PM

Monitor heart rate (stay zone 2) and hydrate a ton. Douse yourself with ice water frequently especially on head, neck, arms, chest, and groin.
