Nuts in general are sort of shit. Most of them become poison if you eat more than a handful and they have the worst kind of fat (PUFAs). Meats, eggs, and dairy are the real kino superfoods.

Just counting your calories manages your fat for you naturally. You simply won't have room for fatty, non-protein rich foods if you're restricting calories. Also fat isn't bad for you, you need at least a couple dozen grams a day.
