I felt some slight heaviness in my testicle, when i touch it doesnt hurt but at the back i feel like a hard root like vein going all the way down to my downside testicle, my left testicle is smaller and I cant feel any vein in the back. Wtf?

When i had epididymitis it was very painful, so much so I went to the doctor thinking that I had testicular torsion. Rhey gave me antibiotics and it cleared ip immediatelt. Im no doctor but ive heard that a sensation of heaviness in the testicle can be testicular cancer so you probably want to at least go to the doctor and get it looked at.

probably varicocele. Check if that vein becomes less thick/swells down if you lie down horizontally and report back
